• Pre-market trading will stop after the new crypto is listed.
• Your pre-market contracts will be converted to the standard perpetual contracts of the same crypto. Your pre-market positions and trading data will automatically carry over.
• After the conversion is complete, our standard funding rate mechanism will be adopted. You can keep holding the positions or trade them as you see fit. For detailed conversion timeline, please refer to our crypto-specific official announcement.
2. If for some reason the crypto is not listed on OKX:
• Pre-market trading for this crypto will end and all contracts will settle.
• The settlement price will be based on the crypto’s arithmetic average price for a period of time before the end of pre-market trading. It could be set at a very small value under special circumstances, for example, when market liquidity is low. For detailed settlement rules, please refer the pre-market trading terms for each crypto.
• Listing and conversion timeline: Once a new crypto is confirmed to be listed in OKX’s spot markets, we will announce in advance when the crypto’s pre-market trading will end and when the conversion to standard perpetuals will happen. It normally happens within a few hours after the crypto is listed for spot trading.
• Delisting settlement time: If the crypto isn’t listed for spot trading for some reason, we will announce in advance when the crypto’s pre-market trading will end and when the pre-market perpetual contracts will settle.
