Campaign 2: Midnight (NIGHT) Christmas Surprise Prize Pool – A Reward for Flash Earn Users!

To reward our dedicated Flash Earn users for their continued investment and commitment, we are introducing an exclusive “Christmas Surprise Prize Pool.” Participants in the Midnight (NIGHT) Flash Earn Campaign will have the opportunity to share a reward pool of 20,000,000 NIGHT.

1. Eligibility: All Campaign 1 participants are eligible for this additional reward pool.

2. Campaign 2 period: 08:00 UTC, December 9, 2025 - 15:59 UTC, December 24, 2025

3. Participation requirement: Your net deposit* in the corresponding staking currency must hold a value of at least 500 USDT equivalent, calculated using the closing market price on the final day.

4. Detailed rules:
   All eligible users will be ranked based on their net deposit in the corresponding staking currency during Campaign 2. Only new net deposits added during this campaign period are considered valid. The calculation is as follows:

   • Eligible currencies: Only your staked currency in the Midnight (NIGHT) Flash Earn Campaign counts.

   • Net deposit* formula: Net deposit = Total cumulative deposits − Total cumulative withdrawals

   • Total cumulative deposits: The combined value of all deposits made into your selected staking currency for participating in Campaign 1.

   • Total cumulative withdrawals: The combined value of all withdrawals made from that same staking currency during the Campaign 2 period only.

   • Ranking method: Users will be ranked from highest to lowest based on their net deposit amount to share the Christmas Prize Pool rewards.

5. Reward distribution: Rewards from the Christmas Prize Pool will be distributed to the funding accounts of eligible users within 7 business days after the campaign ends.

Who can join:

1. Users must complete identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this campaign.

2. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account. Institutional accounts are also not eligible to participate.

Important notes:

1. User can redeem their funds anytime after subscribing and receive rewards instantly. You can redeem from either the campaign landing page or under Assets > Earn. If you don’t redeem manually, your

   USDT, ETH and ADA will be reinvested into Simple Earn. Other crypto assets will be auto-redeemed to your funding account within 2 hours.

2. Rewards are calculated hourly:

   1. Simple Earn interest starts accruing 2 hours after your funds are successfully lent out. No interest if not lent.

   2. Airdrop rewards for the new token start 2 hours after your subscription is confirmed. No rewards will be given during the first 2 hours.

   3. If funds are redeemed within the hour, no rewards will be generated for that hour.

3. Rewards will be calculated and distributed in the following hour. For example, rewards earned from 3:00 - 4:00 will be distributed between 4:00 - 5:00.

4. You can claim your accumulated rewards anytime on the campaign page or via Assets > Earn. If not claimed before the campaign ends, all rewards will be automatically distributed to your funding account within 4 hours after the campaign ends.
